Yoga

Yoga is more than just the practice of asana (postures and forms). It is a way in which we can observe the quality of our experience as if unfolds in the space that we create, both internally and externally. Sonia’s sessions are offered in a spirit of compassionately listening to and following the natural movements of body and breath, to meet each person where they are and to begin working from there.

Sonia offers specialized workshops and is an instructor in various teacher-training programs. She also offers courses for private groups and supervision sessions for experienced practitioners.
