Introduction to Meditation

Meditation helps us to more attentively participate in life. It offers ways that allow us to form a direct relationship with whatever we experience. In doing this, we can have a clearer sense of how to work with life’s various challenges and perhaps respond more compassionately. This workshop will cover some basic principles of meditation and offer ways to bring the practice into your daily life. Instruction will include seated and walking meditation practices.
