A unique experience to practice meditation and cultivate awareness in a group setting. This is a peer-group for experienced practitioners with an established personal meditation practice. There are no “formal” teachings, rather it is a way to see how your own meditation practice comes alive in a group setting, and to help you find answers and gain insights into your process. We do this through a seated meditation practice, followed by a dialogue exchange based on specific guidelines to encourage a method of moving into awareness that is grounded in compassion. This approach allows people from different traditions, who may be doing various practices, to come together and meet and practice in a group setting.
Prerequisite: minimum one year regular meditation practice.
